Music – Composition
The art of musical composition aims to showcase different aesthetic approaches. Nowadays there are no restrictions to the pluralistic variety in composition. Good working conditions in the Casa Contessa Francesca include a grand piano in the hall that may be used when agreed to by the hotel management. The composer is welcome to bring their own electronic instrument if needed. During the final exhibition, at the end of the stay, musical compositions are part of the presentations. The composer has no rules to follow with regard to the form of the work. Performing the new compositions 'live' (with invited musicians) cannot be guaranteed but every effort will be made to enable the performance. Again earlier works of the composers may well be included.
